As a part of the award-winning news team at WICB-FM, I've produced dozens of feature stories on community issues ranging from lighthearted local festivals to the impact of race-based incidents on community policing.
Here are some of my favorites:

Me: "So muggle banks have the FDIC... You have—"
Banker: "Dragons. It's safer."

Winner of the Society of Professional Journalists Region 1 2017 Mark of Excellence Award for Best Radio Feature. Also nominated for the Syracuse Press Club award for Best Radio Feature Story.

"If any town is going to have a circus school right in the middle, it's going to be Ithaca."

I interview Congressman Tom Reed during his 2016 re-election campaign in New York's 29th congressional district.

In 2017, I became the editor for Bridged, a collaborative radio documentary project between WRFI News and the Park Scholar Program at Ithaca College. In season one, we covered Ithaca's growing housing crisis. In season two, we're exploring the issue of food insecurity in Tompkins County.
